These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the SM JILI platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.

Each player may hold only one SM JILI account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited. All accounts must be registered in the player's own legal name.
All SM JILI bonuses and promotions are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until applicable turnover conditions are met.
SM JILI prohibits the use of bots, exploits, collusion, or any form of cheating. Accounts found in violation will be permanently suspended and winnings derived from abuse will be voided.

SM JILI reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
Each Player may register and maintain only one (1) SM JILI account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. SM JILI will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
You must notify SM JILI immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. SM JILI may suspend your account pending investigation of any reported or suspected security breach.
SM JILI supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as published on the Platform from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.
Deposits are credited to your SM JILI account balance upon confirmation of receipt by SM JILI's payment processor. SM JILI does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; all funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be subject to minimum and maximum limits as published on the Platform. SM JILI aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the Platform, but does not guarantee processing times where delays are caused by third-party payment providers or regulatory requirements.
SM JILI reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, anti-money laundering checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
SM JILI may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms, including but not limited to minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits while bonus funds are active, and expiry dates.
Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. SM JILI reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has abused a promotion or exploited a technical error.
SM JILI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
All games available on the SM JILI Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of that game.
SM JILI's random number generator (RNG) games are independently audited for fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published for each game. Live dealer games use physical equipment — cards, wheels, and dice — operated by trained dealers in a controlled studio environment.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, SM JILI reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the Player's account. SM JILI's decision in respect of any disputed game outcome is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process set out below.

SM JILI reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to report such conduct to the relevant Philippine authorities where required by law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without SM JILI's prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, SM JILI's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your SM JILI account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
SM JILI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if SM JILI has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
SM JILI does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. SM JILI shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures beyond SM JILI's reasonable control.
SM JILI reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, where SM JILI determines, in its sole discretion, that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where closure is required by applicable law or regulatory direction.
You may close your SM JILI account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the SM JILI Platform shall first be submitted to SM JILI's internal dispute resolution process by contacting the support team in writing.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through SM JILI's internal process within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction.
